By booking our services or making a payment through our website, WhatsApp, or at our centre, you agree to this policy.


1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled before sample collection by contacting us through phone or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least [X] hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  • Failure to cancel within the stipulated time may result in cancellation charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or excess payment
  • Payment deducted but booking not confirmed
  • Service cancelled by Alfi Diagnostics due to operational or technical reasons

Refunds are not applicable once:

  • Sample collection has been completed
  • Test processing has started
  • Reports have been generated

3. Home Sample Collection

  • If a patient is unavailable at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.
  • If the sample collection fails due to incorrect address or non-availability, no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on the bank or payment service provider.

5. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued if certain tests are cancelled from a booked package before sample collection.
  • No partial refunds will be provided after sample processing has begun.

6. Failed or Pending Transactions

  • In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted, the payment gateway may auto-reverse the amount within 5–7 working days.
  • If the amount is not credited back, users may contact us with transaction details for assistance.

7. No Cash Refunds

  • All refunds will be processed digitally.
  • Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

8. Service Quality & Disputes

  • Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with medical results, as diagnostic reports are generated based on laboratory analysis.
  • Any concerns regarding reports must be discussed with our medical or technical team.

9. Force Majeure

Alfi Diagnostics shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.


10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective upon posting on our website.
